• TERMS: 50% at time of custom manufacturing; 50% upon successful delivery
• REQUIREMENT: Digital image 8" x 10" at 250 dpi (eps, jpg, or tif)
• TURNAROUND: Approximately 3-4 weeks

The first step is to e-mail or call us at 888-778-3188 [9am-9pm CST, 7 days a week]. Your promo cutting board can feature your company logo/custom artwork or we can "name drop" up to 3 lines of text into our licensed stock images. For original artwork, we can provide a link to an upload site so the image file can be transferred directly from your computer to a holding area from which it is sent to the art department at Highland Graphics, Inc. for custom printing preparation. A digital proof of what your custom glass cutting board will look like can be e-mailed. To examine product quality, you may request a stock cutting board be sent.

If you need an actual pre-production sample - the manufacturing of a single customized glass cutting board - there is a nonrefundable one time fee of $50. Other than that, there is no set up cost; it is included in the minimum purchase price.
