CUSTOM DRINK COASTER SPECIFICATIONS
• MINIMUM ORDER: 144 units (per custom product)
• SIZE: 4" square or round, cork-backed
• PRICING: Regular wholesale price per unit - $150 art set up fee
• TERMS: payment made at time of custom manufacturing
• RETURN: you must notify us of any problems within 5 days of receipt
• REQUIREMENT: Digital image 5"x5" at 250 dpi (eps, jpg, or tif)
• TURNAROUND: Approximately 3-4 weeks
• PREPRODUCTION PROOF: Optional - $50
• NAME DROP?: Yes - everything same as above

 

 

The first step is to e-mail or call us at 888-778-3188 [9am-9pm CST, 7 days a week]. Your promo coasters can feature your company logo/custom artwork or we can "name drop" up to 3 lines of text into our licensed stock images. For original artwork, we can provide a link to an upload site so the image file can be transferred directly from your computer to a holding area from which it is sent to the art department at Highland Graphics, Inc. for custom printing preparation. A digital proof of what your custom coasters will look like can be e-mailed. To examine product quality, you may request a stock coaster set be sent.

If you need an actual pre-production sample - the manufacturing of a single customized set of drink coasters - there is a nonrefundable one time fee of $50. We do require you sign, scan, and return a jpg of a Copyright Release Form before any work can be done.

Specialtees Marketing (the owners of this web site) will work with you to tweak the image until customized the way you want it. We will track the progress of your promotional items until they are delivered at a low, factory direct cost.
